Free returns are offered for orders placed with Standard Mail and within 10 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the order, contact TomatoInk and a representative will set up a return for a full refund. The return label will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. Once the order is received and processed, the refund will be issued back to the same method of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of package. Orders must be returned within 30 days of setting up a return. All returns after 30 days from setting up a return or after 400 days from the original purchase date will either be refused or subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Products returned without the proper Return Authorization Number (RMA) set up will be refused. All orders will be refunded up to $3.99 of associated shipping costs. Any additional or expedited shipping cost will not be refunded.

If your cartridges are not defective, but you need to return them, TomatoInk can accept them back if they are unopened and in sellable condition. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. Two options are offered for non-defective returns: Store Credit with no restocking fee, or Refund to original payment method with a 15% Restocking fee. The shipping costs of an order are non-refundable, regardless of the items being defective or non-defective. If an entire order is being returned and was placed with Free Shipping, $4.95 will be deducted from the refund. You would be responsible for return shipping and any costs associated with non-defective items.

Upgraded shipping is non-refundable and includes Next Day Express, 2 Day Express, 3 Day Express, FedEx International shipping, and additional shipping collected for orders shipped to U.S. APO/FPO & Off-Shore U.S. Territories Orders. For PO Box Shipping Address Orders, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time are the same as Standard Saver Mail. For U.S. APO/FPO & Off-Shore U.S. Territories Orders, the shipping cost is subject to the weight of the order and the estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. Typically, if your order includes toner cartridges, it will not qualify for flat-rate or free shipping. TomatoInk will contact you for additional postage if necessary.
